Manufactured by Waffenfabrik Neuhausen from 1957 until the late 1980s, these lovely little bayonets complimented the Swiss SIG Sturmgewehr 57 battle rifles in the field. These beautiful bayonets were made to extremely high standards since Swiss kit is known for it's quality. While these bayonets have evidence of service use, they are in remarkably good shape, a testament to the robust design and engineering that went into their creation.
As with many of these bayonets, they remain un-sharpened which hint at a previous life as ceremonial kit components. However, the high quality steel and double edged design are just screaming to be sharpened once their in your hands.
Please note: as these are military surplus there may be some colour, quality and style variation to the image shown.
